I created Mermaid Movement Wellness to help as many busy women as possible create healthy habits and reach their goals. As a busy mother myself, I have struggled with putting my health and fitness journey on the back burner because there is always something else that needs to be done. I felt stuck and didn’t even know where to begin. However, I began taking a deep dive into fitness and nutrition training and decided that it was my mission to help other women like me get unstuck.

I’ve been attending Margaret’s in-person and online classes for years. I love the variety she offers and she always gives a repositioning or breathing reminder when I need it. Pilates is my favorite class but her Yoga and HIIT classes are also great.
